I have to take exception with your statement. I own a Sony MZ-1 which one of my
sons still use. There are millions of people riding around with cassette decks
in their cars today. I'm sure that even some of the people on this list listen
to cassettes in their car.
A copy of a CD to MD made with the MZ-1 still sounds much better than a
cassette.
Although I always make digital copies, I'd bet that anywhere from 10 to 50%
(maybe more) would not be able to tell if an MD was made by digital or analog
transfer.
