Actually I'm using it less and less. And I rarely title anymore.I recently
got a DVD/MP3 combo for my birthday and just popping one cd-r with 7-8
complete albums is so great. When I'm behind my PC I usually play something
from my 10+ GB MP3-collection. The only times I still use it is when I'm
driving my car (And even then 80 minutes is rather short...) or when I'm
riding my bike (rarely) I ran into the same problem as you; recording CDs
at 1x speed just takes to damn long :( So right now I'm considering
building my own mp3-carsystem (from old pc-components) I mean; hours of
playback on one cd + 7 minutes to burn the cd (i've got a 12x cd-recorder)
Don't get me wrong I've long been a MD afficionado (i own 3 decks; mz-r30,
jb920 and r7890 in my car, all sony's btw) but currently I'm
(unfortunately) running into the limitations of MD.
