I wonder if that cheap Winfast 4XSound card would work in a Mac?
No Mac drivers by Winfast, but it has the same chipset (CMI8738).  Might
work on the Dio 2496 drivers.

I do seem to remember the 4XSound card worked with the PC version of the
Dio 2496 drivers.
