Meskipun tidak reasonable :-P kalau dia mau sebenarnya ini bisa
dilakukan. Berikut ini cuplikan mail dari wietse (postfix),
barangkali bisa kasih hint. BTW, kalau kelihatannya sendmail pernah
support feature ini tapi kemudian dihilangkan karena oleh eric
dianggap kurang bermanfaat. Wietse sendiri menganggap ini kurang
bermanfaat (untuk dipasang di MTA). Kebetulan cuman ini yang tersisa
di mailbox saya :-) Saya yakin di search engine google atau yahoo,
informasi ini bertebaran di mana-mana (meskipun informasinya mungin
sudah cukup kuno, karena sudah lama ditinggalkan orang).

Options can be sent in the middle of telnet connections. For example,
an SMTP server could start sending telnet options after it has
encountered backspace or delete characters :-)
It may not be so useful for SMTP, but telnet options can be useful
in claxon-like programs (listen on a bunch of ports and wait for
someone to poke at them). But that's getting off-topic, into the
realm of honeypots.
