Bisa karena spam database corrupt atau overload.
Coba lakukan sbb:
- stop mdaemon service
- rename folder \\mdaemon\spamassassin menjadi \\mdaemon\spamassassin.tmp.
- refresh install MDaemon dengan versi yang sama.

Tidak, karena Anda pakai konfigurasi domainpop dimana antispam sebagian
besar ditangani oleh mail hoster.
