Dear Pak Syafril, saya mendapatkan laporan dari user, bahwa sender sudah mengirim email via outlook, dan sudah masuk kedalam sent items, namun recipient tidak menerima eamil, dan sender juga tidak mendapatkan bounce back error sending email.
