The particular part to pay attention to is in RFC1855 --

The fundamental source of poor email style is the practice of quoting
the entire message you’re replying to. If that’s what you do, then it
doesn’t matter whether you put your response at the top or bottom. In
fact, if you’re going to quote the entire message, top-posting probably
is better. But both are poor form.
Writing an email is like writing an article. Only quote the relevant
parts, interspersing your new remarks between the quoted passages. Don’t
quote anything at all from the original message if you don’t have to.
Does it take more time to edit the portions of quoted text included in
your reply? Yes. So does spell-checking and proofreading. It also takes
time to shower and brush your teeth each day.

Apabila kita menggunakan POP3 dan sudah di upgrade ke versi 20.0.0 dapat
melakukan RECALL dari local outlook client mail?
Atau memang harus tetap IMAP protocol?
Harus pakai IMAP protocol atau Webmail atau Activesync.
Intinya message yang akan di recall harus tetap ada di MDaemon mail server.
Tidak ada mekanisme untuk tarik (delete) yang akan di recall dari POP3 client.
Karena rata2 client disini menggunakan protocol POP3

Hardisk itu sekarang sudah murah, khususnya untuk SATA.
External Disk/USB SATA "user level" 1 TB harganya sudah dibawah 1 juta.
Memang sih disk "user level" hanya akan bertahan 3 tahun (paling lama 5 tahun)
jika dipakai di Server yang hidup 7x24 jam.
Sebaiknya sih sebelum 3 tahun di ganti disknya ke type "Enterprise" level yang
punya live time 7 - 10 tahun.
MD 20.x butuh OS 64 bit dan H/W dengan CPU 64 bit serta RAM minimal 8 GB jika
pakai Motherboard server edition (butuh minimal 12 GB jika pakai Motherboard
Workstattion Edition).
CPU Muticore dan atau multi processor akan lebih baik.
Jika run di Virtual Machine akan memudahkan dilakukan backup menggunakan utility
yang built in di Virtual Machine sehingga mempecepat proses recovery saat
terjadi system crashed.
