25 sudah di allow connection,
Tanya ke ISP, karena mungkin Anda belum mendaftarkan bahwa IP
103.150.114.156 digunakan sebagai mail server sehingga outbound tcp port
25 belum di open/allow di firewall/routernya serta belum dibuatkan DNS
PTR record untuk IP itu pointing ke mail.persada.id.
di sisi server saya nggak merubah apapun kecuali setting IP ISP baru pak dan
topologinya juga masih sama client->mailserver->internet.
Kayaknya ada ubahan, tadi telnet ke 103.150.114.156 bisa, sekarang tidak
bisa.
Tetapi yang mengubah routing table kayaknya ISP Anda, coba tanyakan
sekalian.
