Ini normal, MDaemon akan otomatis retry to send.
Server outlook.com family memang akan membatasi jumlah mail yang masuk
dari server IP baru, jika melebihi limit (mereka) akan ditolak sementara
dengan error macam itu.
Retry to send akan membuat server outlook.com family (termasuk office365
service) bahwa sender IP bukan spammer yang hit and run.
Akan butuh waktu sekitar 7 hari sampai server outlook.com percaya bahwa
sender IP bukan spammer, asalkan sender IP punya PTR record yang valid.
2. Ada client/aplikasi yang gagal kirim ke smtp port 587

javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not connect to SMTP host: mail.persada.id,
port: 587;
nested exception is:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect
Itu yang kirim user sendiri atau spammer?
Kalau user sendiri dan pakai email client mestinya normal saja.
