Justru ini yang bermasalah Ketika mail dari dbs.com dengan ip 203.127.89.203 tidak kami terima, dan di LOG juga tidak ada,,, dan ketika di nslookup dari server hasilnya nslookup 203.127.89.203 Server: ns3.scbd.net.id Address: 202.x.x.x Name: mail6.islamicbankasia.com Address: 203.127.89.203 Aliases: 203.89.127.203.in-addr.arpa Makanya yang mail6.islamicbankasia.com saya whitelist melalui trusted host walaupun sebelumnya sudah saya white list di Trusted IP > Kelihatannya domain kisi-am.co.id yang bermasalah, dalam hal ini salah > deklarasi SPF dan DMARC, yang berakibat mail yang terkirim itu masuk > kedalam spam folder recipient atau masuk ke quarantine queue mail > servernya. > Perbaiki DNS SPF dan DMARC record tersebut, lalu coba kirim ulang.
