Ini masalah DNS over TCP tidak berjalan dengan baik.
SPF record domain willistowerswatson.com memang panjang, sehingga tidak
mencukupi di resolve pakai DNS resolver standard UDP.
Periksa setting firewall (windows firewall dan external firewall) dan
proxy (antivirus), pastikan outbound tcp port 53 dari MDaemon ke
Internet di allow/open.
Test untuk memastikan sudah open sbb:
c:\ telnet portquiz.net 53
BTW. DNS IP 68.1.18.25 tidak mendukung DNS over TCP, dihapus saja dari
daftar.
