SPF record domain willistowerswatson.com memang panjang, sehingga tidak mencukupi di resolve pakai DNS resolver standard UDP. Periksa setting firewall (windows firewall dan external firewall) dan proxy (antivirus), pastikan outbound tcp port 53 dari MDaemon ke Internet di allow/open.
