Same cable plugged into another machine will PXE boot. Network guy says it's an issue with that model machine. I say he's wrong. :-)

They will not PXE boot, don't get an IP address at all. I can plug a Dell GX620 into the same port and it does PXE. I've updated to the latest BIOS on the 7010. Is anyone else having this problem?
