Looks like you have some DLL hell with WimGAPI.Dll.

 

Remove all instances of the WAIK, then delete the Wimgapi.dll file, then
delete it again, then do a search for all instances of wimgapi.dll, and
delete them, repeat, repeat, repeat.

Perform a ritual sacrifice, do a search for all WimGAPI.dll files on the
entire machine again, and kill them.

 

Then re-install the ADK, and try again.
