Remove all instances of the WAIK, then delete the Wimgapi.dll file, then delete it again, then do a search for all instances of wimgapi.dll, and delete them, repeat, repeat, repeat. Perform a ritual sacrifice, do a search for all WimGAPI.dll files on the entire machine again, and kill them. Then re-install the ADK, and try again.
