Disabling McAfee often doesn't help. Try uninstalling it :) (Seriously, that's what it often takes.) Alternatively, install the ConfigMgr console and MDT on a separate machine, without McAfee, and confirm that you can do what you want from there. Then add McAfee and see if it breaks...
