Stopped the McAfee services and I was able to create the TS... so not begins the battle to get Endpoint on the server instead :) Stupid McAfee...

Try uninstalling it :) (Seriously, that's what it often takes.) Alternatively, install the ConfigMgr console and MDT on a separate machine, without McAfee, and confirm that you can do what you want from there. Then add McAfee and see if it breaks...
