Vaughn, Do you have the systemID lookup working? I can’t seem to get it to work. My query always comes back empty. Querying on other fields has been fine except this one, even when using the snippets off of the website.

OK this may be a stupid question, but how do I find the 4 character Model systemID for my systems? I'm having trouble finding this info, but I'm new to supporting Dells. I toyed around with the snippets of Powershell, and I really like the idea.
