So I was able to use PowerShell to set all of the network settings, but it
looks like the win32_proxy class is not available from WinPE. Anyone have any
ideas on how to set the proxy information outside of using the task sequence
wizard?

Hmm, you might look into WMI. As long as you have PowerShell 3.0 added to your
boot image you can do pretty much anything you need.

The class is probably win32_networkadapterconfiguration for the network
settings and maybe win32_proxy for the proxy server. Heres a few examples from
what I found.

That is correct, I also read in another forum about adding the .DLL needed to
allow netsh winhttp to execute, but it doesn't actually set anything for the
proxy when executed.

Assuming Narcoticoo's suggestion didn't work?

Subject: [MDT-OSD] WinPE / ConfigMgr Task Sequence Wizard

I am trying to figure out if it's possible to hard code some values in the task
sequence wizard. I would like to hardcode the 'configure proxy settings' along
with some items under the 'configure network settings'. I was going to use
netsh to do most of the tasks, but the winpe netsh does not support winhttp
command for proxy configuration.

Thanks,
