You have two options:
· Assigned Access, a feature of Windows 8.1 that allows you to configure a user to run a specific app and nothing but that app. You can use this with one of the “kiosk” browsers available in the Windows Store. · For more advanced scenarios, you can use Windows Embedded 8.1 Industry. This provides more capabilities over and above what is possible using just Assigned Access. But Ctrl+Shift+Esc would still work to access the Task Manager. But that can be disabled, too. I would like to prevent users from hitting the “Start” button and getting to the Start screen. Does anyone know of a way to do this?
