Well, that's not exactly right.
Once you can get an ipl or rpl to load, that can kick off a secondary boot loader and start an os, but until then, you need to ensure that dhcp and wds/sccm are setup correctly. No special boot images, no special configuration of the server. The same boot image can boot both BIOs and UEFI.
