This looked promising however I tested and it doesn't work.

The other 9020's we have aren't that old but these new ones have the M2 SSD 
drives. However we did test with a drive from the older 9020 and it does the 
same thing (BSOD).

Sorry, wasn't that.  It was a keyboard issue with the 9010's.

When was the last time you got 9020's?  They changed the video cards  a year or 
so ago because this model ran so long.  Went from the 8490 to the R5 240 AMD 
cards.

We just got in a new shipment of Dell OptiPlex 9020's. These PC's will BSOD 
during my task sequence. I updated my driver package but they are still doing 
that. One of the guys somehow discovered that they will image successfully if 
they keyboard and mouse are unplugged for the duration of the task sequence. I 
had them try plugging the keyboard and mouse in to multiple USB ports and all 
produced the BSOD. Anyone else seen this??
