What was the BSOD number? What OS are you running? 0x7B? (Missing storage Driver)
Something else? Might be a bad driver somewhere. Never heard of a BSOD with a keyboard plugged in. However you might try to see if there is a USB 2.0 only port on the machine, rather than using a USB 3.0 port (or adding in a USB 2.0 Hub). (Just thinking out loud). The other 9020's we have aren't that old but these new ones have the M2 SSD drives. However we did test with a drive from the older 9020 and it does the same thing (BSOD). It was a keyboard issue with the 9010's. When was the last time you got 9020's? They changed the video cards a year or so ago because this model ran so long. Went from the 8490 to the R5 240 AMD cards. These PC's will BSOD during my task sequence. I updated my driver package but they are still doing that. One of the guys somehow discovered that they will image successfully if they keyboard and mouse are unplugged for the duration of the task sequence. I had them try plugging the keyboard and mouse in to multiple USB ports and all produced the BSOD.
