After some reading, I decided to bump ADK up to 10.1, hoping that will make the difference. We’ve updated the BIOs already along with the Intel Thunderbolt firmware at HP’s suggestion. That actually got PXE to work up to a point.
We’re deploying Windows 10 1511. WinPE is 10.1 and so is ADK. NVMe comes to mind first, but shouldn’t be a problem if you have Windows 10 1511. Additionally, I would update the BIOS. What OS? Windows 10 Version 1507 or 1511 or Windows 8.1? What version of WinPE? ADK version 1511? SSD or NVMe? I had to use their USB-C dongle instead of the dock for imaging. It boots fine to WDS and download my .WIM file but then gets stuck at the Windows icon and goes nowhere. I’ve left it for an hour. It’s only happening on this tablet. Has anyone run into this before?
