I now have an issue with timings now that we've switched out of DST.
It's a simple one that removes 1 hour when getting the time from the
scheduled recording window. This can be easily replicated by making a
SR, then opening closing the scheduled recording window from the
scheduled recordings window.

Bug description:
I set schdeduled recording to record at 19.30 to 20.00. Me-TV recorded
18.30-19.00, which means that it recorded one hour too early. My Me-TV version
is 0.5.18.
