I cannot replicate this and I have not heard from the reporter in over a
month. Me TV 0.5 series is closing and I doubt that I'll come back and
fix this because I'll be rewriting this part in Me TV 0.6.

Bug description:
I set schdeduled recording to record at 19.30 to 20.00. Me-TV recorded
18.30-19.00, which means that it recorded one hour too early. My Me-TV version
is 0.5.18.
