Yes, this can be a little confusing. There are those of us that believe that bugs and feature requests should be separate. A bug, to me, is a fault in the program where it doesn't do something that it claims to do. Unfortunately, I've chosen this bug tracking system to but I really don't like the way it works. I will be moving off it when I get the time.
