Oh, Me TV 0.6 does not support ATSC in its current state.  My apologies,
this is a bug because Me TV should tell you that it can't use your
device rather than trying to parse an ATSC file.

THere was an Expired  Question #46353 that addressed this issue but I can't get 
scan to work to answer your question. 
BTW this is on a amd64 w/Kubuntu 8.1 Beta
