RTV Finds A Home In San Francisco The network of classic TV shows adds Titan’s KCNS, which drops its Chinese-language programming.

According to RTV’s Neal Ardman: “We could not be more thrilled to add KCNS to the lineup of great stations around the country. KCNS is a full-power, primary station with full cable and satellite distribution throughout the entire market and gives RTV 100% market penetration in the nation’s 6th largest market.” Story continues after the ad RTV launched almost six years ago on July 1, 2005, and it has been an exciting ride. To now be carried on more and more full-power primaries in top 10 markets is a huge win for the network,” Ardman added.
