Rephrase collaborationkit-hubedit-content-help for clarity
* Consistent capitalization.
* Remove "(sub)" to make translation easier.
* Replace "delineated" with "One page per line". With commas and pipes
the commonly used word is "separated", but with line breaks it's
simpler to just say "one per line".
* Pages in plural.
