Good question. Actually someone requested that the result of  some 
interactive changes (changing program parameters via a form) become 
permanent. So, the next viewer sees also the changed  contents. For that 
I need to call to set $parser->disableCache() to force a reread. Maybe I 
have to think more about the execution queque in detail.
