Hi, I am trying to have 2 sitenotices, one for the main namespace and one for ALL the rest. I tried:

}}
{{#if: !{{ns:0}} |
xxxxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxxxx
}}
but it is not working. Your assistance is deeply appreciated.
