People use HP-UX??

Considering you're gonna most likely put up designs of new products  
(just guessing), you'll definitely want ImageMagick to get thumbnails.

Try setting a different location for your SQLite DB, like /var/ 
wikidata/db/, which is owned by the webserver, or do a chown -R  
webserver:group /opt/hpws/apache/htdocs/testwiki to ensure that the  
webserver has permissions.
