Our users have requested a way to limit a search to articles within a category.
(Other folks have suggested this too, e.g., http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension_talk:Multi-Category_Search#Extension_request:_Search_this_category.) Before trying to build this as an extension, are there any plans for core MediaWiki to offer this basic & useful capability?
