Well, It has only been one day, but I have ZERO new spam users or edits. I installed the SpamBlacklist and Title_Blacklist at the same time so I am not sure which one is getting them, but it seems to be working. On my site www.debatrix.org .After installing I tested it myself with a couple of "fake spam" edits and users and it caught me every time, with a nice little message letting me know what I was doing was spam.
