Hi,

I am interested in having my table rows in alternating colours. I note that
Sortable Tables is able to do this, but I would like to be able to do it on
non-sortable tables as well. Since I am only just learning JS, is anyone
able to help me out with this?

Ideally, I would like the option of being able to either have it apply to
ALL tables, or have it apply to tables with a specified class, depending on
the skin being used.

I notice that CSS3 will support this natively (the :nth-child
pseudo-element), but I cannot guarantee my users are using a browser that
supports the CSS3 draft standards (FF3.5 does but IE doesn't).

Regards,
Daniel Bishop
