I trust that this is proper etiquette, but I have another issue that could be resulting from the version. Problem: Unable to make users members of groups(Sysops or Bureaucrats) Special Pages > User Rights Management > Enter a Username When a new Wiki is created, I can move users to & from Sysops or Bureaucrats. However, after an undefined time, that ability is gone. Would you happen to know if that is a documented issue related to the version, or is it something else that you're aware of?
