One one's own MediaWiki site, is there a way to disable talk pages in userspace other than a talk page for the user's page? In other words, there would be User:Noob and User_talk:Noob, but no other pages in User Noob's userspace would have any. There would be, for example, no User_talk:Noob/sandbox to accompany the sandbox page.
