OK, sorry, from your first post it sounded like you weren't getting the breadcrumb links underneath the page title, e.g. on: http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/HyperText_Markup_Language/Tag_List/html If you want the title itself to exhibit breadcrumb links, then you'll need an extension as you said, or some nifty JavaScript.
