It's just a proof of concept, but it does work.
It wont work on IE6, and wont look god on any version of IE. It uses some css3 
for the style. (shadow and rounded corners)
I have only tested it on webkit (safari/chrome) and firefox

Also, it uses the mootools library (included) that makes it a bit bigger than 
normal and may not be compatible with every plugin.

Just unzip it and place the LinkSuggest folder in your wiki extensions folder, 
then add this to your local settings
require_once("$IP/extensions/LinkSuggest/LinkSuggest.php");
