Where do I modify the PHP so I can show Adsense ads, for example a banner across the top of each page, or a box ad at the upper right or something?
I've already hacked it so I can show Adsense in the Toolbox in the left margin, see my example here http://www.countyhistorian.com/cecilweb/index.php/Gavin_Newsom I don't want to have to manually add ads to each page, I just want a global addition like the one I've already done in the Toolbox. But where do I put it to interrupt the main content or something...
