I'd like to modify the wiki2latex extension so that it skipps the <toggledisplay>...</toggledisplay> sections and come up with a solution for the use of <ref> insertions (I think I'm doing these using the Cite extension). Who can correspond with me on this? Other than those two problems, it seems to be producing pretty portable .tex
