It's a bit strange that there's a mixture, but doesn't seem wrong. You
probably uploaded some of the folders (those by your account), and the
others were made by the web server when running the wiki. As it can
create the files, it's no problem.
You can run the convert command to a different folder if you wish:
 convert -resize 120 Template-info.svg /tmp/Template-info.png

It was just to test whether your imagemagick was able to produce the
right thumbnail.
