The "$wgUsersNotifiedOnAllChanges<http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:$wgUsersNotifiedOnAllChanges>(formerly $wgUsers *Notifed*OnAllChanges!) - Array of usernames who will be sent a notification email for every change which occurs on a wiki" is a nice function to see which changes were made. *But:* is it also possible that "user_test" does not become E-Mails when he changes things? So every time i change things in the wiki, i get an email.
