I wanted to inform you that there is a bug in 1.18.3 on login page.. You
might already know that. I installed v1.19 and no bug.
Descriptive bug report is descriptive.
Also bugs should be filed in our BugZilla instance at
https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/ compared to on the mailing list.
