Turns out I was running the master branch of SyntaxHighlightGeshi with
MW 1.22.6 which was causing a fatal PHP error and killing all
javascript on my wiki.  Moving back to REL1_22 fixed the javascript
problem.

Now to figure out these script errors now that I can see them.
