I did that and was able to get it to work I just don't like to have to modify the localsettings file every time I need to run the rebuild data.
A little history is I have been trying to stay current with MW and SMW and heavily use subobjects. Smw 1.9 broke this and had to wait until they came out with the version that support subobject with 4store.
