Instant commons is not working for me. Commons file links are just red links which send me to the local file upload page.
I have set: $wgUseInstantCommons = true; File uploads work. $wgForeignFileRepos is not otherwise set. I'm on ubuntu, so no selinux concerns. I'm using version 23. Specifically, latest git from REL1_23 branch, which is b4ea637.
