I seem to be having a selinux problem not directly related to Mediwiki
but to mysqld. I am trying the update on a test machine which is not
much used, and may have unsolved selinux issues.
I think I can solve he problem myself.

2013 from 1.18 to 1.20.3 and before than from 1.17 to 1.18
