Extension:Wiretap was intended for an internal corporate wiki where
transparency is more important than privacy. It is definitely too invasive
for an open, Internet-facing wiki. If you insist on installing it please
make it clear to your users that they are not browsing with the anonymity
expected from MediaWiki.
